Your home is here. Housing is available for the academic year, summer or break. It’s easy to apply for convenient, affordable on-campus housing at UB.

The Housing Application Has Closed

At this time, on-campus housing is operating on a waitlist. Due to high demand, available spaces in our residence halls and apartments have been filled, and we are no longer able to guarantee immediate placement for new applicants. We do anticipate some vacancies may arise later in summer. Students who are still interested in on-campus housing are encouraged to submit a housing application through the housing portal to be added to the waitlist.

South Lake Village Maintenance Project: Coming Summer 2025

South Lake Village will be undergoing a maintenance project during the Summer of 2025. This may effect your summer housing assignment. For more information, please visit the South Lake Village Community Page.

The buildings effected by the Summer 2025 project are: SLV 208, 209, 210 and 212.
