Admissions offers walking tours of both the North and South Campuses, along with dedicated tours specifically designed for transfer students and their families. Tours are typically 1.5 to 2 hours long. Some departments also offer additional academic tours.
Tours led by School of Architecture and Planning staff will show spaces and buildings most commonly utilized by Architecture BS and Environmental Design BA students on UB's South campus. To gain a broader view of campus offerings and resources, students are also encouraged to consider a North Campus tour. Many visitors choose to schedule both tours during the same visit.
High school and transfer students are encouraged to attend an in-person information session with the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS). A presentation will include information about SEAS programs, popular experiential learning and academic support options, and admissions information. A student-led tour will allow for interaction with SEAS faculty and provide an opportunity to view labs in numerous departments.
High school, transfer, and veteran students, as well as parents and guardians, are encouraged to attend an in-person information session and tour of the School of Management. Learn about the admissions process and criteria for both first-year and transfer students, and hear from current students about their experiences.
Looking to prepare for a dynamic career in pharmacy practice or pharmaceutical sciences? Join the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences for a visit and tour. See our Pharmacy Building and learn more about the application process, admission requirements, academic opportunities, professional experiences and why UB is right for you.
High school students interested in the Honors College are invited to join us for an Honors College Visit. The visit includes a 30-minute information session followed by a 60-minute walking tour of North Campus. Students will learn about the admissions process, the Honors College experience, and what life is like at UB.

Exit the airport following the signs leading to Route 33 West toward Buffalo. Route 33 (Kensington Expressway) begins at the West Gate of the Buffalo Niagara Airport. Take Route 33 West to the I-90 East to the I-290 West. Take the I-290 West (toward Niagara Falls) to Exit 5B (Millersport Highway, Route 263). Get off exit and merge into traffic. Go through first light (Marriott is on your left), and merge into right lane. Enter campus at the Flint Road exit.
Take the I-90 East until you reach the I-290 (past the Buffalo airport exit). Take the I-290 West (toward Niagara Falls) to Exit 5B (Millersport Highway, Route 263). Get off exit and merge into traffic. Go through first light (Marriott is on your left), and merge into right lane. Enter campus at the Flint Road exit.
Take the I-90 West until you reach the I-290 (just past tolls, follow State University signs). Take the I-290 West (toward Niagara Falls) to Exit 5B (Millersport Highway, Route 263). Get off exit and merge into traffic. Go through first light (Marriott is on your left), and merge into right lane. Enter campus at the Flint Road exit.
Take I-79 North to Erie, PA. Take the I-90 East until you reach the I-290 (past the Buffalo airport exit). Take the I-290 West (toward Niagara Falls) to Exit 5B (Millersport Highway, Route 263). Get off exit and merge into traffic. Go through first light (Marriott is on your left), and merge into right lane. Enter campus at the Flint Road exit.
Take the QEW south to St. Catharines. Follow Highway 405 to the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge and continue east over the bridge (toll) into New York state. Once across bridge take the I-190 South. Follow I-190 South until you reach the I-290 East and proceed until Exit 5B (Millersport Highway, Route 263). Get off exit and merge into traffic. Go through first light (Marriott is on your left), and merge into right lane. Enter campus at the Flint Road exit.
If taking the QEW to the Peace Bridge, take the 190 North to the I-290 East and follow the same directions as above paragraph.

Are you a high school student who is interested in the School of Architecture and Planning undergraduate program experience? Attend a virtual information session with the school via Webex with Greg Delaney, Director-Recruitment and First-Year Experience.
During our virtual information sessions, we'll discuss our innovative curriculum, engagement learning opportunities, student resources, academic support and employment outcomes.
The session will also cover the admissions process and criteria for freshmen and transfer students. Current student ambassadors will be available to answer questions about their experience.
High school, transfer and second bachelor’s degree students are encouraged to attend a 90-minute virtual information session. The session will cover a Nursing program overview, the application process and more.
Join the UB School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SPPS) to get an overview of our programs and learn more about how we can help prepare you for a successful career in pharmacy practice or pharmaceutical sciences.
Join us for a one-on-one virtual information session where we discuss the undergraduate programs within the (statistics, public health, exercise science, nutrition, occupational therapy and combined degree programs). You can make a 30-minute appointment to get an overview of the program you’re interested in and its requirements, and have the opportunity to ask any questions. These sessions are available the first and last Friday of every month.
Connect with an admissions counselor during a 20-minute one-on-one video or phone appointment. Our admissions counselors and enrollment services advisors can answer questions about the admissions process and general questions about the university. Admissions counselors and enrollment services advisors cannot assist with registering for classes.
