Please take note of the following dates for when waiver forms will begin to be accepted:

• Fall Semester—Starting July 1
• Winter Semester—Starting December 1
• Spring Semester—Starting December 1
• Summer Semester—Starting April 1

We recommend submitting your forms as early as possible once the applicable submission window opens.

3. Human Resources will review the request to certify your eligibility and will forward the request to the Office of the Registrar
