Searching the Corporate Directory
The Corporate Directory is a list of UB individuals with campus telephones. Entries are created from institutional data on record with UB Human Resources. Changes typically appear one day later.
Instructions
1. On your VoIP phone, press Contacts to access the Personal and Corporate directories
2.Press the Down or Up arrows to select Corporate Directory
3. Press the Select soft key
4. Enter the first letter of the person's name by pressing the number on the keypad. Pressing it multiple times will advance it to the next letter on the keypad
5. Press the Down arrow key
6. Enter the first few letters of the person's last name.
7. Press the Search soft key.
