Haseltine Clements Memorial Fund
This fund supports an award for a graduating MSW student with demonstrated concern for human dignity and cultural competency.
Professor Haseltine T. Clements, who was forced by illness to retire from her position as director of field instruction in the School of Social Work.
This fund, established in 1976 by friends, faculty, staff and students of the School of Social Work, provides an award to a worthy graduate student in the school. Specifically, this award is presented to a graduating Master of Social Work (MSW) student who has shown a sensitivity for human dignity and continued efforts toward cultural competency in field placement.
The award is sponsored by the Haseltine T. Clements Society, with nominations made by faculty, field educators, and field liaisons.
