The University at Buffalo’s latest Research and Innovation Report highlights a year of transformative achievements that are driving scientific discovery and real-world impact. The report showcases UB’s leadership in advancing innovation, deep-tech commercialization, supporting startups, and fostering industry collaborations through its Business and Entrepreneur Partnerships (BEP), which has guided more than 400 ventures and created over 400 jobs since 2006, while generating an annual economic impact of $200 million. These accomplishments underscore UB’s pivotal role in translating research into solutions that benefit society, strengthen regional and state economies, and address global challenges.
