About Min-Hsuan Tu
Min-Hsuan Tu is an assistant professor of Organization and Human Resources at the University at Buffalo School of Management. Her work explores how power dynamics, influence tactics, leader identity, and leadership behaviors shape workplace experiences. She is particularly interested in what makes leaders effective, how everyday interactions build stronger and healthier relationships, and how individuals can use power and influence to achieve their goals in effective and respectful ways. Through her research, she aims to translate complex ideas into practical strategies that help people advance their careers and lead with greater intention.
