The UB Community Health Equity Research Institute was created with a goal to perform research to advance understanding of the root causes and to develop and test innovative solutions to eliminate health inequities in the region.
The American Nurses Association announced the induction of University at Buffalo School of Nursing clinical professor Susan Grinslade into its 2023 class of fellows.
Grinslade, PhD, RN, PHCNS-BC, is the associate director of UB’s Community Health Research Institute. She is also the School of Nursing’s community engagement coordinator.

Ten highly accomplished scholars and artists will come to UB this fall as members of the newest cohort of the year-long Distinguished Visiting Scholars (DVS) program in the College of Arts and Sciences.
